10-Point PCAP Touch

Having up to 10 touch points allows users to perform a variety of touch gestures, including manipulating images and zooming in/out - much like you would with a domestic tablet or smart phone. It also allows multiple users to interact with the screen at the same time.

Surface Plasma Treatment

A special oleophobic coating makes the glass front more resistant to the oily residue left by fingerprints and improves the smoothness of touch gestures. Unlike other touch screens on the market, this glass is not etched, which vastly enhances the optical clarity.

  • What does PCAP stand for?

    Projected capacitive technology.

  • What does project capacitive technology mean?

    State-of-the-art projected capacitive technology provides the most responsive and sensitive touch experience available, as well as offering superior optical quality. Unlike other touch technologies, PCAP is not affected by dust or debris on the surface of the screen. In short it means you control what you would like to see  with your finger by touching the screen.

  • Can this screen be USB stick up loadable for stored content and a networking screen, that you can upload remotely, from anywhere?

    You can pay for the optional network upgrade, for a small charge, you can upgrade your screen to be networked. This will allow you to connect your screen via Wi-Fi, LAN or 4G, and then remotely update it over the Internet.

  • How secure is this screen when fixed to a wall?

    To ensure that the complete key solution, a lockable wall mount is included at no extra cost, allow you to security mount your screen in either landscape or portrait orientation.

  • Are the controls tamper proof?

    To avoid tampering with controls and inputs are hidden and cannot be accessed by passes by.

  • Can I really leave this screen switched on and display 24/7, 7 days a week?

    This screen as all our commercial graded screens is designed for continuous use in public spaces. These displays utilise commercial grade, LCD panels, LED backlight and internal components. This means that you can run 24 seven for over 70,000 hours.
